Bulk Fleet Maintenance Manager
Salary - $120,000 - $130,000
JOB SUMMARY
The National Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for working under the direction of the Director of Transportation to manage the repair, maintenance, and calibration of all company vehicles to ensure safe operation. The position is located remotely and reports to the Director of Transportation.
Essential Function
Bulk Fleet Maintenance Manager
• Foster safe working environment and work with bulk Terminal Managers and Mechanics to maintain safety standards in the field.
• Coach and develop bulk Mechanics
• Improve the overall profitability of the organization through reduction in maintenance expense and vehicle downtime.
• Research vehicle failures and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.
• Utilize the bulk maintenance software system to effectively manage bulk shop inventory.
• Responsible for approving and submitting large-scale ($10k and up) repairs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and assist in developing best practices.
• Communicate closely with the Director of Transportation to ensure flow of critical information.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Must be computer literate and have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• May be required to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to be on-call 24/7.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Must be able to work well independently and in a group environment.
• Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Previous logistics or maintenance experience in a related field is a plus but not a requirement.
• A college degree is a plus, but not required.
