Building Construction Superintendents - Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity
- Ensure work meets quality standards, contract documents, and project specifications
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery
- Implement Lean construction practices to improve efficiency and workflow
What We're Looking For: - 3• 7 years of building construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operations
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost control
- Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- A demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred)

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000, based on qualifications and experience.
