Job Summary

The Building Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. The role oversees project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, safety compliance, and quality standards while coordinating with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and critical path activities.
  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, subcontractor agreements, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and company standards.
  • Promote and enforce jobsite safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement Lean construction practices to improve project efficiency.
  • Coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor project quality, progress, and successful project delivery.
