What You'll Do: - Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
- Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers
- Collaborate closely with jobsite Superintendents and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and managing the critical path
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, subcontractor agreements, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and company standards
- Promote and uphold strong safety practices and regulatory compliance
- Support the implementation of Lean construction principles to improve project efficiency
What We're Looking For: - B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5• 7 years of experience in a lead role on building construction projects
- Experience managing projects in the $15M• $30M range
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, construction methods, and cost control
- Ability to effectively coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with Lean construction practices
- Demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred)

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000, based on qualifications and experience.
