Building Access - Sales Representative

OTE: $100K-$110K (Base + Commission)

Wyyerd Fiber is looking for sales individuals to drive business access agreements for SMB, Office buildings, and MDU (Multi-Dwelling-Units / Apartments) in the Greater Tucson, AZ. Area., While we welcome experience, it's not necessary. Wyyerd Fiber is looking for people that are serious about being able to follow a proven process and consistently grow their negotiating and leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, sales process, and how it applies to client management. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who can work existing leads and generate new leads, while building lasting relationships with developers and property owners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new prospects and clients in the Greater Tucson, AZ. area.
  • Turn leads into facility access agreements while building relationships with property owners and developers.
  • Schedule and meet with Developers, Property Owners, Property Managers, SMB owners/IT managers.
  • Promote Wyyerd Fiber's positive reputation and brand image in the marketplace.
  • While not mandatory, it will help to have a good understanding of telecommunication connectivity and the competitive landscape.
  • Cultivate relationships with owners, IT managers, community leaders and business associations in the area.
  • Participate in community events and activities as a company representative with local rotary business clubs to build necessary relationships
  • Actively coordinate with the local leadership and executive sales team to perform sales tasks.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.


Experience/Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of direct sales experience in sales or client management. (SMB / MDU helpful)
  • Proven sales experience and success.
  • Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Sheets - Docs - Slides
