5-7 years of experience in budget and financial management
Active Top Secret Clearance required
Expertise in DoD PPBE process
Proficient in GFEBS and financial management systems
Strong understanding of Army budget formulation and execution
Knowledge of appropriations and fiscal law
Experience with POM and FYDP development
Responsibilities
Provide PPBE support to PM Cyber Warfare BMD
Prepare annual SPAR and POM submissions
Participate in JCIDS IT Box working groups
Update APR and QPR financials
Manage GFEBS and SOMARDS financial databases
Prepare weekly execution plans and spend plans
Monitor commitments, obligations, expenditures, and disbursements
