Job Description & Skill Requirement: We are looking for an experienced BSP / QNX Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, debug, and maintain Kernel and QNX software for next-generation embedded and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) latforms. The engineer will work closely with hardware, platform software, Android, system integration, and validation teams to support QNX-based platform functionality from bootloader through operating system and device driver layers.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and test high-quality embedded software based on functional and system specifications.
- Design, develop, integrate, debug, and maintain QNX and Linux platform software.
- Develop and support Linux kernel and device drivers.
- Perform board bring-up, platform enablement, and hardware integration activities.
- Optimize system performance, memory utilization, stability, and reliability.
- Work on boot processes, startup flows, and operating system bring-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile / DevOps environments.
- Create and execute test plans, functional tests, regression tests, and performance benchmarks.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, design reviews, code reviews, and release activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and continuous integration processes.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues across multiple platform layers.
Experience: - 10+ years of Embedded Software Development Experience.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.
Mandatory Skills: - Embedded C/C++ Programming.
- QNX RTOS / QNX SDP.
- Linux Kernel Development.

Preferred Skills: - Qualcomm SoC / Snapdragon Platform Experience.
