ResponsibilitiesThe Break Clinical Nurse (CN) serves in a pool that understands and uses established nursing practices, critical thinking, processes and the appropriate standard of care to deliver skilled, high-quality patient care among the hospital's Neonatal ICU ar Community Regional while relieving other licensed RNs during break/meal periods. The Break Clinical Nurse will be responsible and accountable for the continuum of patient care, based on the Title 22 and Title 16, the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice, the Code of Ethics.
