Our TeamReporting to the
Towel & Napkin Brand Building Director, you will join a collaborative team focused on accelerating growth for trusted consumer brands. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact marketing initiatives, influence strategic decisions through consumer and business insights, and partner across the organization to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive measurable results.
What You Will Do- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with brand strategy, business objectives, and consumer needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Insights, Consumer Promotions, Shopper Marketing, Brand & Content Strategy, Integrated Media, Sales, and agency partners to bring marketing initiatives to life
- Develop clear and actionable creative briefs while managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners
- Lead the execution of brand-building activities across key channels including media, social media, ecommerce, brand websites, and content development
- Communicate brand strategies, marketing plans, business performance, and key recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support the planning and execution of consumer promotion programs, ensuring effective coordination, implementation, and performance tracking
- Analyze brand health metrics, point-of-sale data, consumer insights, and other business analytics to identify opportunities and inform recommendations
- Manage marketing investments, forecasting, and budget tracking to optimize resources and maximize business impact
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in Brand Management, Brand Building, Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or a related commercial function
- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions to execute projects, initiatives, or business objectives
- Experience developing marketing, brand, or business strategies informed by consumer insights, market trends, and business objectives
- Experience analyzing data and using insights to support recommendations and decision making
What Will Put You Ahead- Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or other consumer-focused industries
- Experience developing creative briefs and managing content development initiatives
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
- Familiarity with ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, or retail media platforms
- Experience leveraging syndicated data, point-of-sale data, consumer insights, or brand health metrics to inform business decisions
- Experience working with agencies, media partners, or creative teams
- Experience supporting innovation, product launches, commercialization, or consumer promotions programs
