Full Job Description
As the Brand Manager, you will lead end-to-end product execution for a high-growth portfolio of trend-driven brands. Manage plush and plastic lines from concept to shelf, bringing emerging pop culture and entertainment trends to market at global retail.

What You Will Do:
  • Drive day-to-day product development from concept to market, ensuring concept and production phases align while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product design, packaging design, and marketing
  • Act as the primary liaison with licensors by managing portal submissions, coordinating design approvals, and building strong relationships to ensure brand integrity and adherence to development schedules
  • Analyze point-of-sale data, industry trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities, co-develop retail exclusive plans, and formulate strategic product positioning
  • Manage product line plans and track project expenditures by requesting, documenting, and negotiating 3D model, tooling, and product unit costs with global Product Managers and external partners to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to gather domestic and international input, proactively manage inventory, participate in key account calls, and create compelling brand decks for effective presentations
  • Serve as the central communication hub by utilizing project management software to consistently update stakeholders on project statuses, issues, and opportunities
  • Coordinate the timely creation, placement, and approval of development samples, presentation models, and marketing photography
  • Act as a trainer and mentor for junior staff on the brand team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as a highly adaptable and organized professional
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated capability to measure metrics, evaluate information, and proactively formulate strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulately engage, influence, and collaborate with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with knowledge of digital rights management systems highly preferred
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $86,400 - $105,420 / Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
