Brand Experience Manager

Location: Dunbridge, OH

Position Summary

The Brand Experience Manager leads the development, execution, and governance of the Tranquility, Pillow Paws, and PBE brands across all customer touchpoints. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, digital experiences, marketing operations, and execution standards that strengthen brand equity and support commercial growth.

What You'll Do

Brand Standards & Governance
  • Own brand standards, governance, and execution across the Tranquility, Pillow Paws, and PBE brands to ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience
  • Monitor brand performance and customer experience across channels, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand perception, engagement, and effectiveness

Creative & Marketing Execution
  • Lead creative, web, content production, agency, and marketing operations resources to deliver high-quality marketing assets, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences
  • Oversee marketing execution, including project management, trade shows, events, promotional programs, and branded materials to ensure timely, effective delivery
  • Develop and continuously improve processes, workflows, and quality standards that increase team efficiency, execution speed, and brand consistency
  • Partner with Audience Strategy, Product Marketing, Ecommerce, and Communications teams to translate growth strategies into impactful customer experiences

Communications & Public Relations
  • Lead public relations, media outreach, and brand reputation initiatives that strengthen awareness, credibility, and thought leadership across key audiences

Performance & Team Leadership
  • Establish and track communication, creative, web, and brand experience KPIs, using performance data and customer insights to continuously improve effectiveness and business impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing agency relationships and external partners to maximize marketing impact

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing, brand management, creative, communications, or marketing operations experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution
  • Demonstrated success managing creative development, digital experiences, agency relationships, and marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity systems, and customer experience principles
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across functions
  • Experience leading and developing marketing, creative, or project-based teams preferred
  • Experience within healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, ecommerce, or regulated industries preferred
  • Experience managing website strategy, digital content, and user experience initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, project management tools, and marketing analytics a plus
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, and customer-facing marketing programs a plus
  • Experience working with external agencies, designers, developers, photographers, and production partners a plus
