Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in growing Charlotte Branch. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will:
• Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
• Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
• Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
• Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate's background will include:
• HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
• 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
• The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Clean driving record (required).
• Computer skills (required).
• SAP experience A PLUS!
This is a salary plus commission position, with an annual range of $120,000-$160,000, to commensurate with experience and performance. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a company provided vehicle, cell phone and laptop.
