Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a single branch team to deliver exceptional member service and support.
- Manage daily branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships and expand financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Harborstone in the community and help strengthen our local partnerships and community presence.
