Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical experience (5-10 years) in bogie industrial design
• Strong analytical skills and synthesis capability
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to work autonomously
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
• Rigorous attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to remain calm and effective under stress
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English for international communications

Responsibilities

• Ensure product technical relevance from definition through to industrialization and performance
• Manage technical aspects of projects, including customer relationships and budget adherence
• Ensure compliance with contractual technical requirements, including safety and eco-design standards
• Provide timely input data for studies, considering various influencing factors
• Lead design reviews and manage validation documentation
• Produce, update, and approve technical documentation for project definition and justification
• Define and oversee the technical validation plan and associated testing protocols
• Optimize product development costs and respond to tenders when necessary
