Boeing Global Services is seeking a
EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager who supports the type wing (CVWP) on the EA-18G modification line. Position is located in
Whidbey Island, WA. Position Responsibilities:- Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): - Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
- 3+ years of experience planning and scheduling maintenance
- Able to travel domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Experience with maintenance data systems and readiness reporting tools
- Military aircraft maintenance safe for flight/exceptional release qualification
- Experience with continuous improvement programs (e.g., RCCA, 5S, Lean)
- Understanding of TD/TCTO's
