Auto Body EstimatorBurns Collision Center - Marlton, NJImmediate OpeningBurns Collision Center is currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a candidate who is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can manage repairs from initial estimate through delivery.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC ONE
- Review vehicle damage with customers and explain the repair process
- Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters as needed
- Manage supplements and update repair plans throughout the process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure proper repair execution
- Maintain organized documentation, photos, and repair files
- Oversee the repair process from intake through final delivery
Qualifications- Prior experience as an Auto Body Estimator required
- Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and parts
- Proficiency with CCC ONE required
- ROME experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a high-volume shop
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment- High-volume operation averaging 250+ repair orders per month

Compensation & Benefits- $80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience
