Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management for outpatient patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' clinical needs and treatment goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Provide appropriate clinical guidance and supervision to mid-level providers, as applicable to the role and in accordance with Texas requirements.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and quality of care.
Qualifications- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Psychiatry required.
- Active Texas medical license in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to collaborative practice, evidence-based treatment, and high-quality patient care.
