BCBA Responsibilities- Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs
- Conduct assessments and update goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance
Compensation & Schedule- Full-time (30 hrs/week) or part-time available
- Flexible scheduling
- 100% remote position
Required Qualifications- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain LBA before starting
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programming
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
