Kona Medical Consulting and Landova is currently looking for a BCBA / Clinical Director in Wayne or Oakland County, Michigan.

Job Overview:Landova is a startup ABA therapy company that will be providing in-home ABA services throughout Wayne County, Michigan. We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in joining our team and potentially growing into a Clinical Director role as the company expands.
Ideally, we would like to find someone who is motivated, experienced in ABA services, and interested in helping build and grow the company long-term.
Compensation:- Annual Salary: $85,000 once the company is fully operational and begins accepting clients.
- Pre-Operational Compensation: $500 per month during the RFP application and approval process.
- Benefits: To be determined as we continue developing the company.
During the application phase, we would need the candidate to assist with clinical documentation, RFP applications, and other necessary requirements to help Landova become operational.
Preferred Candidate Location:We will be providing in-home ABA services throughout Wayne County, Michigan. Ideally, we would like to recruit candidates who reside in Wayne County or Oakland County, allowing them to be within a reasonable distance of our service area.
We are looking for someone who sees the long-term potential of joining a growing company and would be interested in taking on additional leadership responsibilities as Landova expands.
