About the Role
We9re looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8-10 clients, you9ll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. This role maintains a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, balanced in a way that supports both client care and professional sustainability.
Responsibilities
0 Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
0 Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
0 Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
0 Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
0 Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
0 Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
0 Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
0 Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one
Required Qualifications
0 Master9s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
0 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
0 Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure)
0 Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
0 Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor
