Active BCBA certification
Experience in designing individualized programming
Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

As a BCBA at LAC, you'll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.
