Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Completion of 8-hour BACB supervision training
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Level 2 background clearance
• Bilingual (Spanish) or Medicaid credentialing preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and initial assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Analyze data to adjust programming as necessary
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide training to parents and collaborate with caregivers
• Ensure delivery of ethical, high-quality services
