Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Compensation + Bonus Opportunity$80,000-$90,000 annuallyBCBAs are eligible for our monthly clinical performance bonus program, with the opportunity to earn
up to $12,000 annually in bonuses based on clinical performance and billable hours.
Flexibility Built Into Your WorkweekOur full-time BCBAs expectation is
25 billable hours per week. Time in the center is primarily focused around client care, supervision, and the needs of your caseload, while
eligible non-billable work can be completed from home.
This gives clinicians more flexibility to structure their week without the expectation of being in the center for a traditional 40-hour schedule.
Because our clients receive services throughout the day, some later-day availability is needed to support after-school clients, supervision, and parent training.
What You'll Do- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans and programming
- Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and center leadership
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and payer requirements
- Support high-quality, ethical ABA services across your caseload

What We're Looking For- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to meet applicable state and payer requirements
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
