  • Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data effectively.
  • Provide caregiver coaching and support for parents.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes for clients.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
  • $85,000-$115,000+ total compensation potential, based on experience
  • Achievable monthly bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
