Full Job Description
We have immediate opportunities available for BCBAs, and we're willing to go the extra mile for the right fit. If you bring the experience and passion we're looking for, we're open to discussing an enhanced offer and what it would take to bring you to ATS.

As a BCBA, you'll lead individualized ABA treatment plans, mentor clinical staff and BCBA candidates, and partner with families to support meaningful progress and independence.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range:
  • $70-80 per hour for direct, billable hours, based on experience.
  • $15 per hour for non-billable, indirect hours such as training, onboarding, and travel time.
  • 2 Hours of paid treatment planning time offered to you monthly regardless of insurance.
Sign-On Bonus:
  • Full-time BCBA: $5000 after 400 billable hours within 6 months.
  • Part-time BCBA: $3500 after 275 billable hours within 6 months.
