Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Opportunity, Flexible Scheduling, Must Have Arizona LBA - PHXJob Summary:GreenLight ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and monitoring effective treatment using evidence-based methods for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities:- Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct initial assessments
- Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
- Collaborate with client's treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients
- Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
- Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth
Requirements:- Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
- Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance
- Bilingual is a plus
