Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Speech and Occupational Therapists
  • Mentor and supervise RBTs in their treatment delivery
  • Implement ethical treatment plans based on data and best practices
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in regular team meetings for case discussions
  • Engage in continuous professional development and learning

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Houston-area ABA clinics. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, ethical caseload expectations, strong RBT and BCBA support, family-owned leadership, and total earning potential up to $111K.

$85,000-$95,000 base salary + up to $16,000 in performance incentives
