Full Job Description
BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Glendale, AZ as our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation: $118,000
  • Annual Salary: $85,000-$100,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000-$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
