BlueSprighas a BCBA job opening inDublin,CaliforniaSevereBehaviorCenter. As ourBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst,youlllead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families andcliniciansto deliver tailored ABA therapy.

  • Aggression
  • Self-injury
  • Elopement
  • Pica
  • Other high-risk behaviors

This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to$114,000

  • Base Salary:$85,000 6,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus:$7,000 18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000 20,000(depending on start date and location)
