BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Dublin, CA As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. 

Total Annual Compensation: $113,000 

  • Annual Salary: $88,000-$95,000 
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
