Qualifications

• Active BCBA and AZ LBA Certification required for clinical excellence.
• 2-3 years experience conducting Initial Assessments essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based tools.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and document clinically.
• Create initial treatment plans aligned with BACB and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with families to communicate assessment findings and recommend services.
• Work with clinical and intake teams for smooth transition into ABA services.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality clinical documentation.
