Job DescriptionThe Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic team in Durham, NC. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values a structured clinic environment, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on client outcomes.
This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to focus on high-quality care while supporting and developing a team of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
Schedule:- Monday - Friday
- Clinic-based position
- No evenings or weekends
Compensation:- $80,000 - $95,000 base salary
- Bonus opportunity based on performance

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage a clinical caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BTs
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
