Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize Bluetooth Mesh networking solutions for embedded systems.
- Implement and maintain wireless communication protocols, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate Bluetooth solutions into industrial lighting or IoT products.
- Develop firmware for embedded microcontrollers using languages such as C/C++ or Python.
- Debug, test, and validate firmware and software for compliance with Bluetooth Mesh specifications.
- Evaluate and implement security measures for Bluetooth Mesh applications.
- Analyze and resolve system performance issues related to connectivity, power consumption, and scalability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and standards in Bluetooth Mesh, IoT, and industrial lighting.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded software development.
- Proficiency in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Bluetooth Mesh protocols.
- Hands-on experience with embedded programming (C/C++) and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Strong debugging skills using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.
- Experience with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of low-power design considerations for embedded systems.
Preferred: - Experience with industrial lighting systems or IoT devices.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Zephyr, Nordic SDKs, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of IoT protocols like MQTT, CoAP, or Zigbee.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices for embedded systems.
- Experience with wireless testing and certification processes.
