Purpose
Own program and project management for BIM Central end to end - accountable for the operating rhythm, planning discipline, and the deadlines and quality standards the team delivers against. This role sets the bar and is answerable for reliable, on-time execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, own the project plans of record, and drive the team to the deadlines and quality bar - responsible for outcomes and for resolving risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works, own the project-management tooling and set the standards and system of record that everyone operates within.
• Drive reporting end to end: own the data, accuracy, and delivery of all external reporting (goal updates, Flash Reports) surfacing risks and program health proactively so nothing reaches leadership by surprise.
• Drive the operating cadence: own the recurring team forums (set the agenda, drive decisions and follow-through, and hold owners accountable to their commitments).
• Drive planning: own the goal-setting and Quarterly Planning process - orchestrate inputs, drive alignment, and be accountable for the team's commitments landing on time.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: accountable for the outcome of the bi-annual BIM Summit - agenda, content, facilitation, logistics, and results.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Preferred qualifications
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• PMP and experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Familiarity with the AEC domain, BIM, or construction technology.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the BIM Program Manager position is $105,000 annually [or $50.47 per hour] and the maximum salary for the BIM Program Manager position is $115,000 annually [or $55.28 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
