Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of Revit-focused BIM content and standards experience.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical.
• Familiarity with BIM/content standards and data practices, including naming conventions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfort troubleshooting Revit/BIM issues under deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for office/job site travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Mechanical/Electrical BIM content library, including Revit families and templates.
• Set and uphold standards for content quality and consistency across project models.
• Create and refine workflows to enhance content accessibility and usability.
• Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting support to design teams.
• Maintain reliability through version control, change tracking, and documentation management.
• Champion BIM standards for clean and reliable model data.
• Support design teams with best practices for content creation and utilization.
