Responsibilities
Explain and execute Attorney-Client contract
Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information
Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research
Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients' behalf when appropriate
Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
1-3 Years Personal injury plaintiff or defense experience is preferred.
Must speak fluent English and Spanish
Office location
San Antonio, Texas - We are planning an expansion to open an office in San Antonio before end of the year, and we are seeking an attorney who will work remotely to start, and hybrid once the office is opened.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starts at a base salary of $100,000, depending on experience, with additional performance-based bonus opportunities
