Assistant Vice President to support trading, portfolio management, and fund analysis activities. This role provides hands-on experience in managing and executing investment strategies across multiple funds, including leveraged index and Latin American advised funds.
Key Responsibilities- Support portfolio management and trading operations under the direction of senior managers.
- Analyze cash flows, implement model portfolio updates, and execute trades.
- Monitor advisor model portfolios, analyze performance, and prepare client reports.
- Communicate regularly with advisors and clients regarding fund performance and activities.
- Conduct fund due diligence and research new investment products.
- Review daily trade confirmations and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in trading or fund operations preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills; VBA knowledge a plus.
- Series 3 license and/or CFA preferred.
- Business or native-level proficiency in English and Japanese is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated professional with excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
