About the RoleAs a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Video Producer/Writer, you will partner with the Studio Team to develop, write, produce, and support the creation of engaging healthcare education video content for children and adults. In this role, you will help translate complex medical information into clear, compelling, and accessible stories while collaborating with clinical experts, creative teams, and clients from concept through final delivery.
Responsibilities- Write and develop video scripts, including educational content, testimonials, and other video formats
- Translate complex healthcare and clinical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content for patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with clinical experts, internal stakeholders, and clients to develop accurate and impactful content
- Conduct research, prepare interview questions, and create supporting materials
- Support content planning, including video concepts, outlines, story structure, and creative approaches
- Participate in pre-production activities, including script reviews, table reads, production planning, and shoot preparation
- Produce video shoots, including coordinating with talent, managing production details, and supporting on-set workflows as needed
- Collaborate with directors, editors, animators, and other creative team members to bring content to life
Requirements- Experience writing and producing video content
- Experience in video content creation
- Background in video production, journalism, communications, or a related field
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt complex topics for different audiences
- Experience producing video content from concept through final delivery
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, clients, and creative teams
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $75,200 - $125,500.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
