  • BI Solution Development: Develop reports, visualizations, dashboards, and custom extracts using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Analyze and validate data from multiple sources, understand database relationships and interconnections, and collaborate with BI and technology partners to resolve data integrity issues.
  • Solution Delivery: Participate in planning, technical design, development, testing, and delivery of BI solutions; create work plans and manage timelines and workflows to meet commitments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review existing reports and analytical products for accuracy, consistency, usability, and continued business value; recommend when metrics, reports, or processes should be changed or retired.
  • Standards & Enablement: Research best practices, stay informed on BI tools and business direction, recommend standards and procedures, and design end-user training and supporting materials.
  • Team contribution: Provide guidance, training, and problem-solving assistance to other team members and contribute to a culture of analytical rigor and curiosity.

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools; Sigma experience preferred.
  • Experience working with relational databases and understanding data relationships across multiple systems.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into meaningful business recommendations and actionable next steps.
  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging analytical tools to solve business problems, accelerate analysis, or develop custom solutions.
