Job SummaryKBR is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler for the construction of the new Blue Grass Army Depot Energetics Center of Excellence explosives manufacturing facility.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain baseline schedules and prepare what-if scenarios to support project decision-making
- Apply schedule risk management techniques, including contingency planning
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule integrity reviews, and progress reporting
- Build and manage resource-loaded schedules, including producing histograms and schedule insights
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to ensure sequencing accuracy and timely program delivery
- Utilize tools including Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (Power BI experience highly preferred)
- Support proposal development, capture activities, and long-range program growth strategies
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years' experience in project scheduling, ideally within major infrastructure or water projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Understanding of EVM, SPI, schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience scaling up New Molecule Energetics
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
- Experience supporting capture, proposal development, or program growth initiatives
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation experience
- Travel may be required to support manufacturing sites, suppliers, and customers.
