Responsibilities
Performance & Incentives (PI, previously named as CBP: Compensation, Benefit, Performance) is a department under HR&M (Human Resources and Management) Department. The team is responsible for establishing effective performance and incentive mechanisms, aiming to motivate individuals and teams to pursue our mission and create value. Key responsibilities include performance management, compensation and benefits policies and program execution, job level and job family design, productivity analysis and improvement, global mobility management, and global probation management. Responsibilities: - Support renewal process for European benefits working within global benefits broker/consultancy management model. - Analyse benefits including usage and employee experience, service, coverage, cost, effectiveness and competitiveness. - Provide input to plan design, process and opportunities for change guided by market practice, industry trends and internal philosophy. - Prepare written proposals to support renewal activity. - Keep up to date with industry and regulation changes, and general market practice. - Responsibility for preparing comprehensive employee communications, benefit documentation and maintaining accuracy. - Ad hoc projects: assist with / deliver on / contribute to benefit projects/initiatives as required. - Scope of role includes benefits, pensions and leave.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Interest in benefit renewals across multiple countries. - Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Excellent organizational and planning skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. - Ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data to be able to present to stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $121600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
