Overview

This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse book of small, mid-size, and large group EB clients
Provides day to day service
Oversees renewals
Ensures compliance
Supports open enrollment, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver strategic benefit solutions.

Qualifications:

High School degree required, college preferred
Benefit Account Manager experience
LAH license
Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)

Benefits:

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000/yr
