Behavioral Consultant-Therapist - Masters Level

Location: Milton PA
Job Type: Full-Time (In-person, Community-Based)
Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour (up to $45.00/hour for licensed clinicians)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8-hour shifts

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to deliver services directly in real-world settings-helping clients build skills, improve functioning, and achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

Position Summary

The Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in community-based environments. This role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care that supports emotional and behavioral development.

Services are delivered in settings such as homes, schools, and community locations, requiring flexibility and strong collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals
  • Deliver services in home, school, and community environments
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Required:

Candidates must meet one of the following:
  • Licensed psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Behavior Specialist with a graduate degree including clinical practicum
  • Graduate degree with at least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children
  • Graduate degree with a completed clinical practicum and at least 9 clinical credit hours in a related field
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services)

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma
  • Background in community-based or in-home therapy services
  • Strong collaboration with schools and community partners

Work Location

This is an in-person, community-based position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be able to travel extensively and relocate to Milton, PA (17847) prior to starting if needed.
