Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field
• Strong background in system builds, particularly in blood bank technologies
• Experience with system validation and testing
• Familiarity with health information exchange (HIE) interfaces
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to inbound and outbound messages
• Proficient in generating and managing billing files
• Experience with software maintenance and management tasks

Responsibilities

• Build the soft blood bank system according to specifications
• Conduct thorough testing for system validation
• Troubleshoot HIE and interface messages as needed
• Generate billing files to ensure accurate charge reviews
• Manage work queues to ensure efficiency in operations
• Perform daily tasks and maintenance for the soft bank system
• Build new provider profiles within the SOFT system
