The Role

We are looking for a driven, strategic, and consultative Sales Executive to expand our footprint across US regional and community banks. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for someone who can navigate complex sales cycles, build C-level trust, and drive transformational deals.

You will lead the full sales process - from lead generation and pipeline build through contract signature - collaborating closely with subject matter experts and delivery leaders to design and sell tailored consulting and managed service solutions.

What You'll Do
• Own the sales strategy and consultative sales cycles for your assigned territory focusing on new logo acquisition followed by a land and expand approach to build a client relationship
• Identify and engage C-suite decision-makers through insight-driven outreach.
• Accelerate client touch points and sales velocity through campaigns, calling and roadshows
• Collaborate with delivery teams to run campaigns and build winning proposals.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with prospects and clients, positioning the firm as a long-term strategic partner.
• Negotiate and close complex multi-year managed services and consulting contracts.
• Exceed growth targets through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and relentless execution.
• Be the point contact for clients through the life cycle of the relationship - follow up on delivery and ensure total client satisfaction.
• Represent Crisil Integral IQ in conferences & events
