BHCOE Accreditedπ― Expectations:
- Provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting.
- Be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client.
- Train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- A valid BCBA certificate & LBA license
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
- Clear Background Check
