Qualifications

• Located in the Maryland area, with ability to travel 25% monthly for in-person supervision.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification according to BACB guidelines.
• Maryland LBA state licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience with center-based treatment for early intervention children preferred.
• Desirable traits include being an effective collaborator and empathetic team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth ABA services while coordinating with families and children.
• Supervise and mentor BCBA trainees and RBTs during in-person visits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Utilize established clinical practices and automated tools in practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes.
