Skills & Qualifications - current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with Autism
- Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis
- Experience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
- Practical experience managing and supervising team members
- Collaborative organizational and communication skills to facilitate accomplishment of goals with clients, families, and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Access to reliable transportation
