Job Summary:

Are you a passionate and dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Do you have a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Look no further! Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a talented and experienced BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, working in both center-based and home-based settings.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
  • Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
  • Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
  • Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
  • Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • BCBA certification
  • VA LBA
  • Committed to working full-time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development
