BCBA Center and Home Based
Job Summary:
As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with our team of professionals and families to design individualized behavioral plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• NYS LBA
• Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
• Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Committed to working full-time
• Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $125,000 annually
